· Layout worked through with your architect and designer
· Siting and orientation: what you see, where the light lands, how you arrive
· Materials and finishes chosen for how they perform and how they hold up
· A complete design and a clear cost, before anything is built

Together, we build it, and you stay close to the work the whole way.
· The builder on site daily, so issues surface early
· Weekly photo documentation from the site

· Changes brought to you proactively, cost and timeline included
